COREGMEDIA POLICIES

These policies govern the use of the CoregMedia platform by advertisers, publishers, partners, and any other users. By participating in CoregMedia programs, all parties agree to comply with the following policies and applicable laws and regulations.

ADVERTISER & PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES

All advertisers and partners are responsible for ensuring that their participation on CoregMedia complies with these policies and all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring all offers, campaigns, and messaging are truthful, accurate, and not misleading
• Complying with applicable privacy, marketing, and consumer protection regulations, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA
• Obtaining all required licenses, permissions, and approvals for promoted products or services
• Ensuring that campaign content accurately represents the product, service, or offer being promoted
• Respecting intellectual property rights and not infringing on trademarks, copyrights, or proprietary materials
• Using CoregMedia branding only with explicit written approval

CoregMedia reserves the right to review, approve, reject, suspend, or remove any advertiser, partner, or campaign at its sole discretion.

CONSENT & DATA USAGE

CoregMedia operates on a permission-based marketing model.

All leads and consumer data must be generated through explicit opt-in and consent-driven interactions. Advertisers and partners must:

• Clearly disclose how consumer information will be used
• Honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly
• Use lead data only for the purposes disclosed at the time of opt-in
• Maintain appropriate data security and confidentiality safeguards

Misuse of consumer data or violation of consent requirements may result in immediate suspension or termination.

PROHIBITED CONTENT

The following content is strictly prohibited on the CoregMedia platform:

• False, deceptive, or misleading claims
• Fraudulent offers, impersonation, or misrepresentation
• Discriminatory, defamatory, hateful, or abusive content
• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Promotion of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or unlawful activities
• Violence, threats, or content promoting harm
• Malware, spyware, phishing, or malicious software
• Falsified documents, fake testimonials, or deceptive business practices
• Political advertising or advocacy without prior written approval
• Use of CoregMedia brand assets without authorization

Any attempt to bypass platform safeguards or compliance controls is prohibited.

RESTRICTED CONTENT

Certain categories may be permitted only with prior approval and subject to additional requirements, including but not limited to:

• Financial products or services
• Insurance offers
• Health or wellness products
• Education and training programs
• Subscription or continuity offers

Restricted content may require additional disclosures, compliance documentation, or review prior to approval.

COMPLIANCE & ENFORCEMENT

CoregMedia actively monitors campaigns and partner activity to ensure compliance.

Failure to comply with these policies may result in:

• Campaign rejection or suspension
• Lead withholding or reversal
• Account suspension or termination
• Withholding of payments
• Reporting to regulatory authorities when required

CoregMedia reserves the right to take corrective action at any time to protect consumers, partners, and the integrity of the platform.

PLATFORM MODIFICATIONS

CoregMedia reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these policies at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated policies.

DATA SECURITY

All users must take reasonable steps to protect consumer data and platform access credentials. Unauthorized access, data misuse, or security breaches must be reported immediately.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CoregMedia provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding lead volume, performance outcomes, or business results. CoregMedia is not responsible for losses resulting from non-compliance, misuse of data, or third-party actions.
